Temperatures Set to Reach 30°C: Weather Forecast for Northern Cyprus on April 18

According to the TRNC Department of Meteorology, warm and humid air brought on by high atmospheric pressure is expected across Northern Cyprus on Friday, April 18.

Forecasters are calling for clear skies and dry conditions throughout the day. Temperatures will rise 4 to 6°C above the seasonal average, ranging between 25°C and 30°C across most of the country. The hottest areas will be Nicosia, Ercan, and Güzelyurt.

Winds will be moderate, blowing from the northwest. No weather warnings are currently in effect for the region.

• Western Coast: Lefke – 27°C, Güzelyurt – 30°C

• Eastern Coast: Famagusta – 27°C, İskele – 29°C
• Karpaz Peninsula: Yenierenköy – 25°C
